Global Head of Procurement Excellence (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Groupwide set up and development of the SAP MM-template for Procurement
• Develop, introduce and continuously advance any processes and IT systems with a functional focus for Global Procurement
• Develop governance for Global Procurement with respect to the organization, regulations, processes and IT systems by creating and implementing corresponding policies and work instructions
• Oversee fundamental troubleshooting including necessary adjustments of standardized group-wide processes and IT systems 
• Prepare, execute and manage projects across company sites
• Develop and continuously advance the authorization structure for users including active license management of IT systems 
• Engage in knowledge transfer / training sessions about new processes, IT systems and policies on a group level
• Assist with internal and external audits

Your profile

• Degree in Economics, Mathematical Economics or Informatics
• Several years of international professional experience in Procurement or IT with a focus on process design or system support
• Experience in leadership of employees desirable
• Strong user knowledge of SAP, Jaegger and Microsoft Office
• Good project management and change management skills
• Fluent in English and German
• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities
• Good communication and collaboration skills
