Currently, Bizerba USA. is looking for an experienced Customer Service / Technical Parts Support Representative.
- You will be the first point of contact for our customers ordering parts
- You will support customers with questions/requests as needed to assistance in obtaining part numbers, pricing and availability
- As a customer service/support representative, you will be the direct link to our parts ordering process and our purchasing department
- You will need to have the ability to problem solve, work with our service department and think outside the box to answer questions from customers and then relay that information back to the customer in a timely manner
Responsibilities:
- Interfacing with customers and distributors seeking part informational support, while maintaining a high level of service in a timely and positive manner
- Qualifying part orders with technicians and purchasing
- Constant follow-up and communication to customers regarding status of open orders
- Data entry documentation in SAP
- Resolve customer issues involving all aspects of an order from quotation to invoicing
- Prioritizing and multitasking with a variety of processes
