Associate (m/f/d) Quality Management FQM-Hub

to support us establishing a FQM-Hub

Your tasks

• You assist in maintaining the documentation and records of the QMS.
• You gather and organize quality-related data. You assist in analyzing performance metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
• You support the preparation of internal audit materials and assist in conducting internal audits. You assist with follow-up actions to address audit findings.
• You collaborate with the supply chain team to collect and review supplier quality performance data.
• You assist in developing training materials on quality processes and procedures. You participate in training sessions for team members to promote quality awareness.
• You assist in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and certifications. You support the documentation preparation for compliance purposes.
• You provide assistance in continuous improvement projects, supporting the implementation of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• You assist in the preparation of quality reports and presentations for management and project teams.

Your profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management or a related field preferred.

• Experience and know-how: Basic knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies is advantageous, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Personality and working style: Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Languages: Very good knowledge of Serbian and English (B2/C1), both written and spoken.
