Team Leader (m/f/d) Quality Management FQM-Hub

 to support us establishing a FQM-Hub

Your tasks

• Quality Management System (QMS): Establish, implement, and maintain a robust QMS for our mechanical engineering division, ensuring alignment with ISO and relevant industry standards.
• Process Definition and Improvement: Define and document quality-related processes and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Compliance and Audits: Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS. Collaborate with external auditors for external certifications.
• Quality Metrics and Analysis: Define key quality metrics. Analyze data to assess trends, identify root causes of quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Continuous Improvement Projects: Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes.
• Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs on quality management processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance the quality mindset within the organization.
• Product Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and certifications. Assist in the preparation of compliance documentation.
• Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation.
• Quality Reporting: Prepare and present quality reports to management and project teams.

Your profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Experience: Proven experience as a Quality Management Engineer or similar role in the mechanical engineering industry, experience as a team leader required
• Know-how: In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards, and quality tools (e.g., Six Sigma, DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis), quality-related certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Quality Manager) are a plus, proficiency in data analysis and statistical techniques
• Personality and working style: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Languages: Very good knowledge of Serbian and English (B2/C1), both written and spoken
