Team Leader (m/f/d) Sustainability FQM-HUB

 to support us establishing a FQM-Hub

Your tasks

• Sustainability Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy aligned with the company's goals. 
• Environmental Impact Assessment: Conduct life cycle assessments (LCAs) and other environmental impact assessments for our Bizerba products and processes. Identify opportunities for reducing carbon footprint and resource consumption.
• Energy Efficiency and Green Design: Lead efforts to improve the energy efficiency of our products through innovative design and technology choices. Drive the adoption of green design principles within the Bizerba group.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant environmental regulations. 
• Sustainable Materials Selection: Collaborate with the sourcing and materials teams to identify sustainable materials for product design and manufacturing. 
• Waste Reduction and Recycling: Develop and implement waste reduction strategies for Bizerba processes. Advocate for recycling initiatives and the responsible disposal of waste materials.
• Sustainability Reporting: Prepare and submit sustainability reports to track progress and communicate the company's sustainability efforts to relevant stakeholders.
• Green Certifications: Pursue green certifications for Bizerba projects and facilities.

Your profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. Master's degree in Sustainable Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Sustainability Management is a plus
• Experience: Proven experience in sustainability management, particularly within the mechanical engineering domain, experience as a team leader required 
• Know-how: In-depth knowledge of sustainable practices, environmental impact assessment, and green design principles, familiarity with relevant environmental regulations, certifications, and standards
• Personality and working style: Passion for environmental sustainability and a commitment to promoting responsible business practices, strong analytical and communication skills 
• Languages: Very good knowledge of Serbian and English (B2/C1), both written and spoken
