Coordinator / Team leader industrial engineering

Your tasks 

• Monitor operations for improving productivity, efficiency & costs
• Industrialization of new products (specification for assembly line, assembly process, parts supply)
• Management of the Manufacturing Engineering team (product and process owner within the production plant)
• Implement procedures to minimize production issues and efficiently resolve problems
• Deviation management with all necessary interface areas (r&d, production, warehouse, quality, ...)
• Further development of lean management
• Transfer of new innovative products from development to production (PEP projects)
• Lead for relocation projects
• Responsible for the implementation of product changes and the associated adjustments (documentation, SAP master data, work plans, parts lists, fixtures)
• Layout optimization and material flow planning

Your profile:

• Industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering management or related fields
• Preferable experience in: SAP / Lean management
• Preferable experience in leading projects and teams
• Fluent in English
• High level of social and communication skills
• Solution oriented / willingness for changes and new implementation
